This was our first visit to the hotel and we werent disappointed.Really helpful Reception Desk with Kate going above and beyond to assist us. Really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Go to Llandudno a couple of times a year and our first time in this hotel. I can honestly say that it made our break better this time. The service and the staff were brilliant. Every staff member couldn’t do enough for you and were really friendly and welcoming. Really look forward to staying there later in the year for partners birthday.

A grand hotel of bygone eras, needs some updates-frayed carpet. Welcome was adequate but not very helpful with shortage of parking and other needs. Maybe first day on the job? Enjoyed the stay, but not really a top of the list establishment.
