"The proximity to the promenade and shops was perfect. Parking was excellent, we parked for free for nearly three days. It was enjoyable to sit on the verandah and watch the world go by.
Reception staff and in the dining room were very polite and helpful. The dining room appeared to have been recently decorated and we both thoroughly enjoyed our breakfasts."

The hosts are welcoming and friendly and go above and beyond to make their guests feel at home."

Only problem was car parking facility, which was a council owned park opposite. Charges were very high hourly, £7 for a day.

We always go 2nd floor and Seaview. Just so lovely watching the world go by from the chair at the window. We always include a trip to the Italian restaurant at the same time. Will come again.
