"The location is great, a short walk to the beach, but away from noisy bars. Clean apartment with aging furniture. We liked the outdoor spaces for hanging out, the patio for our unit and the pool area. The little pool has lots a shade, which is great in the heat of the day. But property maintenance is lacking, with broken furniture by the pool and "junk" lying around. With a little more maintenance, this would be a fantastic spot."

"We stayed for 4 nights here and overall the stay was pleasant. The hosts were communicative and gave very clear instructions on check-in/check-out. The apartment had 2 bedrooms 2 baths and came with a washer/ dryer which was a huge plus. It is a quiet neighborhood. Everything was functional.
