My friend and I recently stayed at Alegria Fenals Mar in Lloret de Mar. Unfortunately, our experience was far from pleasant. On our very first day, we were dismayed to discover black mold on the ceiling of our room, which had a detrimental effect on our health. The musty odor was overwhelming, making our stay uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the noise from neighboring rooms disrupted our peace, prompting us to cut our stay short and leave on Sunday instead of Monday. While the hotel did change our room on Friday morning due to the mold issue, we were disappointed that there was no compensation for the inconvenience caused. The situation significantly impacted our vacation, turning what should have been a relaxing and enjoyable time into a rather unpleasant and wasted experience. Despite these setbacks, I must commend the hotel for its breakfast service and the kindness of its staff. The breakfast was a bright spot during our stay, and the staff members were genuinely nice and friendly, doing their best to make us feel welcome. In conclusion, our stay at Alegria Fenals Mar was marred by issues such as black mold, an uncomfortable musty smell, and disruptive noise from neighboring rooms. While the breakfast service and staff were commendable, these positives unfortunately could not salvage what turned out to be a disappointing and regrettable holiday.

Mooie hotel. Vriendelijke personeel. Prima omgeving. Kamer alleen in minder staat. Tijdens het douchen stroomde het water naar de slaapkamer. Toilet zat ook los van de grond. Je kon de kamer onderhoud in andere kamers heel goed horen in de kamer waar ik sliep.

C’est un excellent hôtel que je recommande. Seul bémol : le bruit. Mauvaise insonorisation, énormément de bruit tard la nuit ou tôt le matin au retour de soirée . C’est le seul point noir que j’ai relevé

A fuir !

Nous avons écourté notre séjour d une nuit sur 3. Impossible de dormir car du bruit dans les couloirs de l’hôtel, sonnette incendie, ados qui courent, crient dans les couloirs toutes les nuits… Outre le fait que l hôtel soit extrêmement mal insonorisé, l hôtel accueille des cars de club de foot dont les ados font la fête, claque les portes de jour comme de nuit ! Le buffet du petit déjeuner c’est un réfectoire ! Nourriture industrielle, personnel très désagréable et lieu très bruyant !!! La chambre sentait la cigarette et le ménage n’a pas été fait qu 1 jour sur les 2. En synthèse je ne recommande pas !!!

Hay una enorme diferencia entre el buen aspecto de las zonas comunes con respecto a las habitaciones. Son muy ruidosas, pequeñas y muy frias (la climatizacion para dias fríos no funciona). La limpieza es muy deficiente. Incluso llego a entrar el servicio de limpieza cuando todavía estábamos dentro y teníamos la puerta cerrada, una hora antes del la hora de check-out. Muy poco recomendable.

4 jours passés en demi pension dans cet hôtel. L’établissement est à 2min à pied de la mer. Le personnel est très accueillant et agréable. Petit déjeuner et dîner assez bon et varié. Hotel pour 1 ou 2 nuits mais pas plus . Nous sommes resté 8 jours mais trop . Murs en papier insonorisation zero . On entends tout . Vu sur les poubelles du restaurant avec des buits incessants de claquement de couvercle de poubelle. Alarme incendie déclenchée 3 fois en 1 semaine donc 2 fois la nuit . Petit déjeuner tres mediocre, jus d'orange en poudre idem pour le café. Mini croissants et chocolatines congelés et vraiment pas bon . Repas du soir toujours la meme chose et pas top, ne donne meme pas d'eau en carafe, il faut acheter sa bouteille d'eau. Trop de monde autour de la piscine et pas de transat disponible. Les chambres vraiment tres petites et limite insalubres . Pas de place pour ranger les valises,pas un seul porte manteau. On cherche les prises une a cote du lit et l'autre au milieu mais pas plus!... seche cheveux a cote de toilette,obligé de tirer sur le cable pour se voir un peu dans le miroir. Personnels ne parle pas du tout plusieurs langues comme indiqué dans le descriptif. Le oui y'en a quand meme 1 . A proximité de la plage et des commerces mais c'est tout. Je ne recommande pas du tout ( hotel a fric )

Struttura vicino al mare ma purtroppo con personale alla reception che non parla e non capisce l'italiano Un giorno la nostra camera non è stata pulita abbiamo avvisato il personale ma non è stato fatto nulla per rimediare. I muri sono di carton gesso e si sentono tutti i rumori. L'unica persona che si salva è Marcela in sala a colazione molto gentile. Non consiglio questo hotel.

Bonito y barato.

Un hotel bastante tranquilo y una buena ubicación si quieres ir a la playa de Fenals. La comida del desayuno estaba deliciosa y la habitación y todas las comodidades estaban de lujo para ser de 3 estrellas.
