Well on checking in it appears that you only put one person down which was embarrassing and further cost. Hotel clean no entertainment unless you like ballroom, food not to our liking and cold still with all those different nationalities you can't please everyone, if your British not great

It is a hotel that is a connected to another hotel, which has a lower review, seems renovated. The room we had was with a balcony and facing pool. Not the best choice if you want a quite night sleep, since its also faces a loud and lighted main street. The room was not clean! We found hair in. Our sheets, 2 different kinds! The bathroom dush was not working properly. The gym was great, the breakfast was also very nice. The service was generally ok. All and all - i would not recommend this place, since its not clean, and maybe there would be a better places that would be more suitable, but if no other choice, its not a bad one

Really good location in the middle of the strip a short walk to the beach. Although it's so close to the nightlife, it was so quiet in the hotel at night. The hotel has such a chilled relaxing vibe to it. Restaurant had lots of breakfast options, some items better then others and the food not always hot if you got there late like we did. I would 100% stay here again.

I stayed at superior room for a week and working remotely. WiFi was unfortunately not strong but I have my own router. Room is spacious with lots drawer which was perfect for someone who stays longer. Breakfast was great, different varieties, though everyday is mostly the same. Dinner was good, lots of option, seafood was mostly the same but they are fresh. Rooftop was amazing, I enjoyed even the last day before check out, and the drink was not overpriced at all! Yoga class they provided was also very impressive. In general, I had an amazing time and would like to come back.

This hotel is very nice, we loved the rooftop bar. Just had no idea the town was full of very young ppl partying all night. I found it difficult to sleep, as the whole city seems very loud, just not my scene anymore, haha.

Not so fussed on the area of Lloret de Mar itself, a bit too party-ish for me and my partner but this hotel was absolutely fantastic, it is particularly worth upgrading to superior for access to the amazing rooftop pool which is highly relaxing with easy access to the bar. The breakfast was out of this world, everything you could possibly think of! Staff were always prompt and friendly. Excellent overall, cant think of any improvements!

Morning breakfast staff, the old lady who is in charge is so rude.She doesn't know how to respect guest. She treated me with my skin color. Only because of her, I will never go back or advice any of my family and friends to go this hotel. Apart from this woman, all staff are so kind and frinedly.Everything was good. I also working in Hilton Toronto Airport Hotel. I understand customer service too.
