The house is equipped with all the amenities current, modern and practical, the whole property is distributed in ground floor



The house is distributed through the entrance with four bedrooms. One of them is a very large master suite with fireplace, in-side bar, and direct access to its own terrace.

It also has a great bathroom with Hidromassage-bathtube, one of the bedrooms has two electric beds, Two bathroom with shower.



Next to the bedrooms there is a lounge room with fireplace and open kitchen, with the veranda and terraces facing the pool. Equipped with ping pong table and children's playground.



Separately also has a kitchen lounge 'all in one' especially in summer time, fully equipped and modern with direct access to the garden and barbecue also the pool surrounded by lawn, where for sure will spend pleasant evenings.



The distance to next town 'LLoseta' is less than a 5 minute drive or a 15 minute walk.

Also Inca, is secondly of Palma de Mallorca is one of the largest towns, just less than 10 minutes drive away.



The nearest beaches are in the Bay of Alcudia and Pollensa Bay.

The Villa was amazing I did a girls birthday trip and the hosts were so lovely and very helpful...
The Villa was amazing I did a girls birthday trip and the hosts were so lovely and very helpful with anything we needed. I would definitely book the Villa again once I learn to drive 😂 because even though there’s a train station a 10-15min walk I’m very lazy. But everything was amazing especially the hosts. The Villa looks exactly like the photos!

Villa très agréable.L’extérieur est superbe, totalement conforme aux photos avec ses nombreux bains de soleil, le lit extérieur et les deux terrasses. La maison propose des équipements très qualitatifs, en materiel et vaisselle.Lloseta n’est pas au bord de la mer mais on rejoint le port de Pollença ou d’Alcudia en moins d’1/2h et ensuite les autres sites de visite très facilement car l’autoroute est très proche sans qu’il y ait la moindre nuisance sonore.Enfin, Juan et son épouse sont charmants, disponibles, et s’occupent de gérer tout ce qui concerne la maison pendant le séjour (entretien du jardin, piscine, poubelles…)
