Villa Tramontana is a wonderful and spacious villa ideal for families.

It has 5 rooms (capacity for 10 people) one on the ground floor and the remaining 4 on the first floor.

It consists of 4 bathrooms and a toilet, one of them located in the pool area. A bright living room followed by a spacious dining room. The kitchen is modern and well equipped.

The outdoor area has a cozy terrace with a table tennis table and a fabulous pool of 6 x 12m and a depth of 0.20 x 2.50m deep.

Villa Tramontana is located in Lloseta, a small town in the heart of Mallorca. Here life is much quieter than in coastal tourist areas. In addition, in the locality you will find good restaurants, several supermarkets and 2 bakeries. Finally, there are good road connections to Palma, Alcudia, Can Picafort and Inca.
