Accommodation for 6 people in well known Holiday Park. Complex including: indoor swimming pool, splash pool, pub, restaurant, shop, games/gamble machines, children play room in/outdoor. Boat/kayak/biking/hiking activities and much more! Dogs friendly (max of 2 dogs).

2 bedrooms static caravan with large living room, 1 Jack and Jill bathroom access from Hall and from master bedroom (1 double bed), 2nd bedroom (2 single beds), living room (1 double sofa bed).

Outside very large glass panoramic decking (sea view and Snowdon mountain view) with outdoor furniture for 4 people 2 chairs and 1 double sofa, 2 sun lounges (available from June to September), 2 sun chairs and a coffee table.

As a self-catering you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.

Kitchen fully equipped with cooking pots, glasses,dining dishes, knives, spoons, cutlery etc. Also microwave, fridge freezer, kettle, gas cooker with grill, toster, Nescafé coffee machine. Smart 47" TV and additional smaller TV in the master bedroom both with free view.

Important Note: as safety first please note that all duvet and all pillows are hospital safety standards wipe cleaning products.

Please note that towels/toiletries are not provided.

House Rules:
- Check-in time after 4pm and check-out before 10am (for any unauthorised check-in or check-out Fee of £100 will apply).
- Smoking is not allowed.
- Electric cars are not permitted to charge electricity from the caravan under any circumstances (Fee of £100 for any unauthorised charging will apply).
- BBQ not permitted at Sunbeach Holiday Park. Stay may ended by earlier departure without refund for remaining days for causing serious fire hazard.
- There are free parking on premises parking facilities available at the complex. Please don't park on the grass.
-Travel Cot available on request ONLY with one off fee £30 paid separately.
- Pets (max of two) are allowed at the property ONLY with one off fee £40 paid separately.
- Please place all rubbish to special dedicated disposal areas at the complex.
