"I requested a queen bed, instead I got 2 single beds together which splits when sleeping, the floor in the room has stains in several places, however the air conditioning was really good and the food at the restaurant amazing!"

"This was a very nice hotel; clean and very modern. Excellent swimming pool and an incredible dining experience (we highly recommend the steak...was really succulent and delicious). The rooms are also spacious and clean with a quirky centrepiece painting of people with stag heads. The only real negative was that we had requested a double bed and we had receieved an email confirmation direct from the hotel, saying that we would have a double bed.
