"The Melia was an excellent stay! The staff go above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience! Juan at the front desk and his awesome staff were kind enough to upgrade us for our anniversary. Luis at the pool bar and his staff worked non stuff providing everyone with drinks around the pool. The food at the buffet was always good, everyday had different food selections. I would definitely book and stay again knowing how excellent all of the staff members are at this resort."

"Kids club, Michael Jackson Show, Foam Party, Thanksgiving Beach Race, and Silent Disco were awesome! Overall the food was good. The service, especially the facilities and housekeeping, was TERRIBLE. Took 3 hours to get bedding for our sofa bed, 12 hours to get a blow dryer, and both of your rooms had water leaking from the ceilings in the bathroom. Not one call from a manager regarding the situation and our room floor was covered with towels for a day. "
