"A very mixed bag.
The location is amazing and we had an incredible view from our balcony.
The room was large, comfortable and clean.
The issue is with the service. I messaged multiple times before arriving to ask for help arranging a transfer from the station. I got no response.
There was nobody at the reception when I came to check in (or ever).
The hotel was advertised as having a pool. It does not have a pool.
Overall we enjoyed our stay but the terrible service took the gloss off "
"Lovely resort. Amazing breakfast spread was included. Friendly, helpful staff. Just the transfers to Reggio, a 15 mins drive was €40 each way. I recommend having a rental car when staying here. "
"Stayed here for almost two weeks and couldn’t have picked a better spot. Villa Princi was clean, quiet, and really comfortable. Easy to get around and in a great location for exploring both Calabria and Sicily. I actually spent the first 5 days driving around Sicily.
The host was incredibly helpful. She gave me dining tips, pointed me to legit olive oil spots, and had some nice pastries and even some eggs if requested. Breakfast was perfect for me.

"This holiday home is great for a couple or small family. Ideally located near the old part of town and also a small beach it has a large, safe outdoor area and a spacious lounge/living area. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed for a weeks stay. Though old it has character and we couldn’t have asked for a better spot by the sea. "
