Ultra quiet, clean, comfortable, well setup house

Bed is comfortable, garden is pretty and the trees surrounding the house are an excellent wind break (wind is, as expected, a constant companion on the island). The hosts leave fresh flowers in all rooms. The property is a short distance from Whitemark with wonderful views of the Strezlecki range. Importantly for summer, the house has fly screens, so you can get a cool breeze and no bugs. There is no WiFi; this made it a digital detox and that was excellent for the break we wanted from our chaotic lives. The Flinders Island locals are friendly and welcoming. The night sky is exceptional, no light pollution and it will take your breath away!"
