"Property is very nice, especially the new remodeled tower. Currently, the area around the hotel is torn up and it is a disaster trying to get to the property and or trying to get valet parking at times other than the parking being a major inconvenience The rest of the day was lovely."

"Older hotel but very impressed how they keep it clean. Our room was clean, maintenance done. Even in and around the building so far of what we have seen(pool, dining area, front desk) they are well maintained and clean. They also have a reasonably priced convenience shop. Good options for breakfast and they keep it stocked and clean."

"Very nice area, the lobby is gorgeous, they have a self checkout for the convenient area, didn’t get a chance to try the coffee pastry area but was excited about that. However for how much we paid for a one night stay there was a stain on the carpet (wasn’t sure what it was) and the bathroom door knob seemed to be broken. Other then that everything seemed nice."

"We stayed here with a group of volleyball players and parents. We travel a lot and can be picky. The property was well taken care of and clean. The beds were super soft and comfy and everyone had a great nights rest. The showers had great pressure and water was hot. Breakfast was normal with several waffle makers, eggs, sausage, yogurt, bagels, muffins, cereal etc. The lobby was large and had tons of different types of tables and a cozy fireplace to sit around in the morning or evening with friends. Downstairs they have a little store area with drinks, a few quick grab meals, snacks, etc. The location was just minutes away from the Kansas City Convention Center but there really isn’t anything within walking distance and the areas get kind of shady quick. It is pretty industrial around this spot but there is a playground in a nice neighborhood behind the hotel and a block up for young children. For the price we would definitely stay here again. "
