"Nice apartment in a lovely little village in the mountains outside of Salzburg. Perfect weather, much cooler in the mountains than down in Salzburg in July! Very quiet small village of maybe a few dozen people but only minutes away from Hallein and Salzburg. Hiking trails everywhere around the village. They even have a built in alarm to make sure you don’t oversleep and miss anything! Every morning at exactly 6:00 am, and for some reason only at 6:00 am, the local church that is about 100 meters...

"The property and room were fine, but due to the summer weather, we needed to keep the windows open for airflow. Unfortunately, our room faced the street, and it was a very busy street with traffic noice all night. For a future stay, I would request a room that is not street facing to minimize noice level."

"Well equipped apartment on the top floor of a hotel, where the staff had differing views to the owner as to the facilities that were available as a non-guest. Lounge area was compact, shower was over the bath with restricted shower-head adjustment. Comfortable bed, we appreciated the air-con in the bedroom. Ideally located in the centre of Mondsee and within earshot of the Basilica’s bells! Good value for money when compared to the equivalent hotel room."

"Die Ferienwohnung hat alles, was man sich wünschen kann. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben den Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genossen und können die Fewo nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen."

"Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gemütlich und gut ausgestattet. Das WLAN ist auch perfekt. Ich schätze mindestens DSL 50 steckt dahinter. Das Bild zeigt den Blick nach hinten und entspricht nicht der Ferienwohnung. Der Ausblick von der FeWo ist nach Vorne auf die Straße gerichtet. Das macht aber nix, da es eher eine sehr ruhige Gegend ist. Leider ist die Parkplatzsituation ein bisschen blöd. Man muss auf der Straße parken und sich da den Platz mit anderen teilen bzw. hoffen, seinen Platz zu bekommen....

"This was a wonderful place to stay on our first visit ever to Salzburg. The room was very comfortable and quiet. The little artificial artful stream running down in front of the entrance was fun. It's in a limited traffic area, so the taxi guy had a remote that lowered the barrier so he could drive us right to the door. There are some great restaurants at very reasonable prices in easy walking distance, and shops too, though very touristy shops and expensive, but we didn't come to buy souvenirs. I can highly recommend this place, and look forward to staying there again someday. "

Nice Stay

"We had a nice stay at the Imlauer & Brau. Food was great at both breakfast & dinner. The hotel staff were so wonderful & went out of their way to help us. The beds were super comfy. My only complaint was there was no lotion, the shampoo was a combo shampoo/body wash & the shower had only a tiny glass partition so the floor was covered in water after every shower. We took advantage of an eco-conservation program to skip a day of housekeeping in return for a 5€ voucher to use toward snacks or the restaurant. Brilliant! "
