• Ground floor apartment with approx. 55 m² • Spacious terrace with garden view. With sturdy wooden sofa set with 2 chairs, a bench and a table. Patio door and terrace window are each equipped with a pleated, which you can use to protect against sunlight or glances. • kitchen incl. Dishwasher, stove with ceramic hob, extractor hood, large fridge with freezer, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, dining table set with 5 chairs �� Living room with leather sofa (pull-out sofa bed), large flat screen TV (satellite system), gel fireplace, showcase. �� The bathroom has a shower, sink, toilet and a towel radiator. The bathroom window was equipped with a pleated blind and a curtain. • Bedroom 1 has a double bed measuring 180 x 200 cm, which also accommodates an existing cot. Large mirror wardrobe. The window is equipped with a blackout curtain. • Bedroom 2 has two single beds. The window is equipped with a blackout curtain. 1-door wardrobe in solid wood. • The patio door and all windows are equipped with a fly screen.

• Spacious plot (600 m²) with garden use for all guests. • Carts for every apartment! Perfect for the path to shopping, the beach, for walking, etc. • Sauna house on the property. Use for all accommodations (coin deposit approx. € 2 per hour) • DSL Internet W-Lan free of charge • The shed has been released for a common area. It will have up to 100 board games for almost all ages, over 800 books for many ages, especially children's and teen books, outdoor games and useful items such as more sun beds, carts, umbrellas, etc. ��� Have bicycles to bring along right next to the shed / right behind the sauna pavilion a bike parking for about 16 bicycles built. • Parking on the property. Each apartment has an allocated parking space. • Approx. 900m to the Baltic Sea beach and about 1800m to Achterwasser • 2 minutes walk to the supermarket Edeka, doctor, post office • 5 minutes walk to the train station • 4 minutes walk to leisure facilities and restaurants • Approx. 1800m to Karl's adventure village in Koserow, which is easily accessible by train (2 stops), on foot or by bike (bike path). All accommodations are of a high standard and all have free wireless internet access. Our apartments are equipped with one, two or three bedrooms. Most have large outdoor patios / balconies. The large apartment 4 has a fireplace, a large corner bath and sauna. For all guests of our two cottages (house of the beach street 29 and house of Triftweg 10), which are opposite and in the middle of a large garden to share, is in a utility room from the house (beach street 29) a washing machine (coin 2 € per wash) available. In addition, there is the possibility of sauna use (coin deposit about 2 € per hour) for all accommodation from our two cottages in the newly built sauna pavilion in the shared garden. All guests are invited to use the entire garden area with love landscaped garden (see photos) and the barbecue area (large stone barbecue with fireplace) to sit together, for breakfast and to linger. Therefore, we have the garden area designed so that the table and the barbecue area in the middle of our two cottages STERN USEDOM (cottage from the beach street 29 and house from Triftweg 10) are. We have significantly increased this space at the end of June 2017, so that there is a large seating area made of German oak (The table has a weight of about 600 kg. Wir waren in der nebensaison dort und es war nichts überfüllt oder überlaufen. Die fewo war gut eingerichtet und wir hatten alles was wir brauchen. Leider ist das plissee im wohnbereich kaputt und konnte nicht mehr herunter gemacht werden, wodurch der raum stets etwas dunkel war. Aber das ist wirklich das einzige Manko.

Die Wohnung war so wie beschrieben mit sehr vielen außnahmen. Leider ist es schade das in der Anzeige nicht stand das es KEINE Bettwäsche oder Handtücher gibt und man diese mitbringen muss. (zum Glück ist KIK in der Nähe um diese zu besorgen) Auch die art wie man an den Schlüssel kommt ist sehr kopliziert man findet keine Telefonnummer und wenn man die Mail Adresse nimmt bekommt man erst 24 Stunden später eine andwort. So nun zur Wohnung leider waren die Betten nicht sauber es waren auf den Decken alte Blutreste von vorherigen Gästen, auch roch dieser sehr unangenehm. Einiges an geschirr war defekt (viele Gläser und Tassen hatten an den Trinkrändern brüche an den man sich Verletzen hätte können). Die Stühle auf den man sich stzen konnte wackelten stark. So nun noch was nettes. Die Sauna ist toll auch wenn es schwer war auf die liegeflächen zu kommen. Der Garten ist schön und im Sommer bestimmt auch schön um den Grill vor Ort zu nutzen. Für Kinde ist sehr gut gesorgt es gibt viele Brettspiele und im Außenbereich viel tolle sachen. Wenn ich die Wohnung bewerten müsset würde ich 3 von 5 Sternen geben.

Buchung und Anreise unkompliziert, die Ferienwohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet, viele nützliche Utensilien sind vorhanden, besonders gut für Familien geeignet. Es gibt draußen als auch drinnen viele Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten für Kinder unterschiedlichen Altersgruppen. Och bin begeistert und empfehle diese Wohnung gern weiter! Bis zum nächsten Mal.

Schöner Kurzurlaub
Das Ferienhaus Strandstrasse 29 ist ein schönes Objekt, welches sich besonders für Familien mit Kindern eignet. Das Kinderzimmer wurde jedoch mit dem Dreier-Etagenbett so zugebaut, das man sich kaum noch darin bewegen kann.
