"The House and the view were both spectacular! The home was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. My Children and I loved the welcome basket from the Host and devoured everything in it. We had a relaxing time and caught some delicious Mud Crabs!Lovely Holiday "

"It was overall a good stay, with the exception of only having 1 chair to sit on was an inconvenience. A bit different to what we are used to, but found we didn't miss the tv. Booking in was a bit worrying for me, as I had not used anything like this bofore."

"Internally, the studio unit has been newly renovated, clean and comfortable. Also, in a very quiet suburban area. You are sharing a block of land with the main house which I can only guess is also for accommodation. Externally it looks awful, a converted double garage with no pleasing appeal. The check in process is overly difficult with having to send selfie photos holding credit cards and then photos not received etc. delaying the whole process."

"Easily the worst experience via Stayz.Listing indicates twin singles in one bedroom, but there was only one single bed so one of my children slept on the couch.No mention of being denied backyard access due to someone else living in a granny flat until I asked to collect the keys.Property was not professionally cleaned and the laundry sink and washing machine were full of laundry - presumably from the host."
