"The hotel is beautiful in a fabulous location. The staff were helpful and the hotel including rooms was kept spotless. This is a 16th century building, so it’s not very disable friendly. There is also no lifts in this hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you’re able bodied. The location is perfect."

"Nice property in a quiet location. The crowd was definitely much older than I expected (all grey hair with a lot of canes or walking sticks). I believe that there is a physical therapist located nearby. It did matter. My only complaint was that the room didn’t have AC and it was warm that evening. They provided a fan and it was enough for the heat."

"Very nice hotel and just a short walk to old Colmar. The rooms are nicely decorated and large enough but we stayed in a Jr. suite. For the Americans, the rooms do have AC but they don't go below 72 degrees. Our room had a balcony but not much of a view to speak of, but it was still nice to sit outside with a glass of wine. There is a grocery store next door which was great. If you are driving, you'll end up parking in the grocery store parking lot which is gated. The staff was friendly,...

"The property is new and a great option if you are in Colmar. My only negative experience was with staff ordering ‘taxis’. On 2 occasions the taxis arrived and were clearly just local people with a car. No issue with that concept - except their charges were exorbitant…. Double or more than what we paid to a labeled taxi. Uber and Bolt are extremely rare, so taxi the only viable option. My advice - order your own and don’t ask for the front desk assistance. "
