"We absolutely loved this home. It is in Fruita, just outside of Grand Junction, but an easy 15 minute drive into GJ. It is in a nice new subdivision. The home is new and very clean with nice decor. It had everything we needed. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious and we loved the game room. Will definitely stay again."

"The house is nice and has good amenities however, there were several issues: The house did not appear to have been visited prior to our arrival...front entrance dirty, back yard, patio and furniture was disheveled and dirty (old drink stains on arms of chairs) big weeds growing and bagged dog poop left on the side of the house.
