When I brought the issue up to staff their response was that they "thought they took care of the problem this morning" and that they would simply vacuum up the bugs instead of properly cleaning the room or offering me a new one. "Perfectly positioned to break a long drive between SW France & the northern ports. Located next to a massive plan d’eau or lake with a fake beach. Really cool & pretty to walk around. The lady in charge takes extra care over everything in the hotel. Pretty cushions in communal areas, plants & pretty tables on the terrace. It’s the extra touches that made the big difference. I’d defo stay again. "
