The flat boasts two cosy bedrooms, each with a double bed. The master bedroom is equipped with modern blinds that can be easily operated with a remote control, and it also includes a television for your convenience. The second bedroom has direct access to the terrace, offering a peaceful outdoor space. Both bedrooms feature large windows that flood the rooms with natural light. There is one bathroom, complete with a luxurious tub and a rain shower, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the city.

The living room is thoughtfully decorated with a variety of plants, adding a touch of nature and enhancing the aesthetic appeal of the space. Large windows allow ample natural light to fill the room, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere. Additionally, the room features a smart TV for your entertainment needs, and the centre table can be converted into a dining table. From here, you can access the terrace, which is furnished with a four-seater table, ideal for al fresco dining or enjoying a morning coffee.

* Any excessive noise in the property must be prevented, out of respect for the neighbours
* City Relay is not liable for any loss of keys or any other property items
* Rubbish disposal must be done by following the instructions provided for the property
* No pets are allowed (except Service Dogs)
The property will only accept the number of guests booked as per the booking confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted or subject to an additional charge.

Each guest will be asked to complete a pre-check-in form prior to arrival and be asked to share a form of governmental identification, Passports are required for non UK residents and UK drivers licence or passport is required for UK nationals.

This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

We would like to mention the check-in process:
With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from a local Key Nest location close to the property or via an onsite lockbox. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £30 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £50 would apply from 7pm onwards.
