Absolutely loved this hotel - we upgraded to a slightly bigger room with extra large beds. The room had a small kitchenette which was really handy and a complimentary mini bar with juice, soft drinks and water. Lovely comfortable beds, modern, very friendly staff. Rooms were typical London sized. Fully stocked mini fridge with drinks and snacks. Coffee machine and microwave in room. There’s also a communal dining room with coffee machine if you ordered in.

This is one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had as a family of 5!! The customer service was impeccable. They stored our bags early while we were sightseeing and brought them to our rooms while we were away. There’s a lounge you can hang out in if you need a hot cup of coffee or tea before your room is ready. The room has a mini bar and they offered many complimentary items. We loved the extra beds in the room so each kid had their own spot. Extremely convenient to Kings Cross/St Pancreas to get anywhere you need to go. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
