Very walkable area with the Dao being the best hotel in the Shepherd Bush community. Great shopping with the Westfield Mall being only a 5 minute walk. We were moved to another room because the first room AC went out. Hotel staff promptly moved us to a comfy room with great AC.

Property was tidy and clean.
However the communication of staff is extremely poor. They never replied to my email request prior to our attendance and whilst at the location we had to call reception 3 times to ask for basic pans for the kitchen as they failed to bring those up.
Apart from that our stay was fine. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. A bit more modern than the actual Dorsett hotel next door.

Very nice and clean room with terrace. Not the most solid furniture. Great service and ambience.
