Don’t come here if you are a tradesman with a van. Mine was broken into on the first night as the car park is poorly lit! Staff didn’t seem to care and wouldn’t look at cctv. Room was ok but noting to shout about. Tea and coffee didn’t get topped up in 3 nights of staying here. Pool area is disgusting. I went in the sauna and there was brown sludge on the floor.

We booked the Executive Double Room, the beds were very clearly two stiff single beds put together and quite hard, the pillows were also quite tough making it not as comfortable as we would have liked. The room felt very dark interior decor wise. The WiFi did not work at all in the room where we were booked in to. Breakfast was a very good spread and a friendly chef and host to greet us. Room service cost was extortionate at £5 when a lot of the side items are priced at less than that.

Hotel was nice, check in easy and receptionist friendly. We booked a double room, no breakfast. She asked if we wanted to add on at £9.95 each, we said yes. Next morning when we got to dining room no record that we’d paid. Still offered a seat and he would check for us. He didn’t. We asked another wait staff to check they didn’t. My husband went to reception and after some confusion on their part they confirmed we had indeed paid. Apparently we should have been given something at check in to confirm it. Not good! Aside from that lovely hotel and friendly staff.

Check your toilet paper! We didn't realise there was less than 1/4 roll left and no extra rolls, between 3 of us. Reception said they'd send more, but never did. Room 97 has no internet at all. The router could not even be found, tried on 3 different phones. Mould above the shower. Tea and coffee making facilities, but no milk. I'm not a fan of black tea.

The hotel is nice but my room smelt of old rotten damp and when I returned home I had to wash all my clothes , even if they weren't worn , I just stuck to everything. Even the corridor in that lower part smelt like it I'm not impressed with it at all for the price I paid and wouldn't go back there .

The Hotel is located about 12-15 mins drive from the Uxbridge Underground and in a remote location which is quiet and feels safe. Lots of green areas and clean air. . I booked a Junior Suite and the room was clean and very comfortable. Good facilities with the indoor pool and gym. The staff service was top of the line. Very friendly and helpful. The chef for the breakfast made the experience great!!! My son had a specific meal need and the chef willingly helped us and made my son his special meal with no issues or extra cost. I will certainly stay there again when next I am in Denham.

Denham Grove review
Pool is good and rest is broadly average. I'd say 4 stars is a stretch and more like a 3 star. Reception service is 4 star but all other service is 3 at best. Food is ok but service in evening over bar average. Bathrooms v clean etc so all good there. Bar area was quite busy and they didn't have enough staff to serve us. Missed half our food order and hardly apologised.
