Room was okay, bed not very comfortable. Curtains are a a big too small so all the light comes through in the morning. I bought my own but it doesn’t come with free toiletries as stated and the towels are tiny. Balcony door doesn’t lock so you can hear all the delievery trucks in the morning and can hear upstairs stomping all night and shouting off the balcony which you have no one to complain too. There’s everything but a fridge in the room which is odd(even a washing machine and oven). But I did ask if we could check in earlier which they did for us! Rooms are secure with 3 different access codes!
Ultra basic facility with a short, hard bed, a bathroom shared between 3 rooms and located up 3 flights of very tight stairs at the back of a bunch of kebab shops, and behind a set of 3 combination lock doors.
We also found a cockroach in the bed.
It served its purpose (barely), but we wouldn't book again.
We couldn’t get into the room the first night. We were able to get a refund for that.
The room was ok but not great. Beds weee comfortable but no place to put clothes or even hooks for towels.
Shared bathroom with two other rooms. Small roaches in the bathroom. A few flies in the room.
How this was on hotels.com i don’t know. It was an apartment broken into three rooms. As we left, another “guest” was trying to find reception, which didn’t exist, of course.

For what you get should be cheaper.
Good concept but needs updating. Needs new modern beds and black out curtains. Was very interesting walking into the shared bathroom (that was not advertised on the site) and seeing someone’s wet underwear in the shower.
The place was far too expensive for what it was worth. Expect loud noises from the corridor, other rooms and outside on the street. The shower doors were broken (and strangely the tap was in French). Also expect to share a toilet. Some appliances were missing such as an iron (they provided an ironing board), and coffee (they provided tea).
Pokey room (could only access the bed from one side), filthy carpet, shelf falling off wall, no plug in sink and bathroom water heater with insulation showing through the wire sheath.
Description should have made it much more clear that the room did not have an en-suit. More of a hostel than a hotel.
Found rotten bananas in the shared kitchen space as well as a moldy shower in the SHARED bathroom. Stairs are hard to navigate and the area it’s in feels unsafe. You get what you pay for.
