The Space:
This is a great penthouse apartment, accessed directly by an elevator (or stairs if you prefer).

- Second bedroom with double sofa bed - can also be used as a study if you are travelling for business
- Terrace no. 1 - terrace off the second bedroom, spacious and with outdoor seating to enjoy the summer sun
- Bathroom with bath/shower
- Vast kitchen and sitting area, perfect for relaxing and preparing food. With a large TV, this is the perfect space to unwind in.
- Terrace No. 2 off the kitchen, with great views of London.

There is a cleaner who typically visits the property on Wednesdays for 3 hours, however this is subject to change - please note that there is a weekly cleaning fee of £40 per week which is chargeable after the first week, if you are staying for longer than one week.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire apartment and all the outside spaces, except for some cupboards which will be locked.

South Park and Gardens is a short walk away. The River Wandle and the Wandle Meadow Nature Park are just down the road.
Attractions:
The Wimbledon Theatre and the Polka Theatre have shows on frequently.
Wimbledon Village is a 20 minute walk, or closer by bus.
The Royal Wimbledon Golf Club is just down the street from Wimbledon Village.

The Garden Shed- beer, cocktails, and an adorable outdoor area

Getting Around:
Haydon's Road Train Station is just 2 minutes walk away, and Wimbledon Tube & Overground station are 15 minutes away.
Other Things to Note:
Please note that we provide small bottles of shampoo, shower gel, soap, moisturiser and loo roll for the beginning of all our guest stays and once the products are finished, we kindly ask our guests to provide their own thereafter.
Please note the property will be prepared by our professional cleaners, using hotel-quality linen and towels.
If the booking is 14 days or more, we require a mid-stay clean at an additional cost (the price is dependent on property size). Payment will be taken at the time of the booking and the mid-stay clean includes both a clean and linen change.
We can also arrange any additional cleans regardless of the length of the booking upon request.
Please note that check-in is between 3pm and 8pm. Early and late check-ins as well as late check-outs are available on request for an additional fee.
Where a check in is on a UK bank holiday, there may be an additional surcharge on the cleaning fee as well as an additional cost for a personal check-in. Please enquire for additional information on this when booking.
The lead guest booking the property must be 25+ years old.
