Great Location
Stayed here in this home from home, fantastic location for the DLR and river bus, the owner gave me a link for some really good parking at the Waitrose. Definitely stat here again... 5star property

Great apartment in Greenwich
My family and I traveled from North America to attend a wedding in Greenwich. This apartment met all of our needs — close to the venue, two bedrooms and two baths, within walking distance of the Cutty Sark and the Market, and easy access to the Tube and rail stations. Location could not have been more perfect. The apartment was well appointed, and even had a washer/dryer which we needed at the end of a week. Communication with the owner was thorough with pictures accompanying text. Our stay was everything we had hoped for. Thanks Michel for making it easy.

Cutty Sark Apartment
My friend and I really enjoyed our stay at Michel's flat. It had everything we needed - they had really thought of everything. Nice touch was Tea Bags! Its in a great location next to all public transport and there are lots of restaurants, bars etc. to go to in the evening. Also close is Greenwich market. Thoroughly recommend it.

Quiet flat with city life a short walk.
Great location clean and tidy. It has everything you'll need, 2 minutes from shops, underground and city life yet tucked away so nice and quiet. Greenwich is a lovely place to stay plenty happening but also not as busy as other parts of London. And the Thames Clipper is the only way to travel...

Super apartment in a fabulous location
We had a wonderful stay in your property! Perfectly situated and a super space for us to enjoy as a family. The apartment was bigger than the pictures showed and really clean. Great location with lots to do
A great, centralized location with plenty to do on a week’s visit to London. Mid-week involved a wedding at Trafalgar Tavern—walking distance from our place—and its’ perfect location made it easy to access other parts of London. It was easy to get a late night snack when we returned to the unit at night. The host was very receptive to all of our inquiries and kept in touch with us throughout the week. Very spacious. Would definitely recommend.

Great location, lovely flat in the heart of Greenwich
This is the second time we have stayed at the apartment. It is well furnished and equipped, beautifully clean and fresh, and a real home from home. We did stay during the London heatwave so it was a little warm - as was every other building in London!! Trevor and Michel are great communicators and extremely helpful and welcoming. Definitely a recommendation for a stay in historic Greenwich.

Great Property
Fantastic apartment in the heart of Greenwich. Michel is a great host and his communication is second to none. Apartment is well kitted out and 50m walk to the DLR which we used daily to commute into London city. A couple of minor things to consider, the aerobics class starts at 6am mon- fri and due to the warm weather we had the windows open so it was a good alarm clock. We were off early each day so it didn't worry us. We did experience very warm weather so it did heat up in the apartment but this common for London. Michel even had the fans on for us when we arrived. Beautiful apartment and a great host makes for a fantastic experience.

Great Location
This property is extremely well located right next to the Cutty Sark station. It makes for very easy travel to central London and other areas. The Uber Ferry is also a lovely way to go. The flat has a nice living room and kitchen area. Well equipped if you wanted to cook. Both Tesco and M& S simply food are very close as well as several bakeries pubs etc. Lots of outlets much appreciated with so many devices to charge. Wi-Fi worked well but barely reached second bedroom. Bedrooms are a little on the small side but adequate. Michel was very easy to deal with and prompt and responses to any questions. Overall would recommend as a great location for visiting Greenwich and also central London.

Wonderful property in Greenwich
Michel was very responsive and kept in touch before, during, and after our stay. The flat was listed as 1st floor, which means 2nd floor in the U.S. so there were some stairs to navigate. Checking in was easy, and photos were included to help find things quickly. The cleaner had to return to clean the refrigerator as someone spilled something before we arrived. It was hot in the flat as there was no air conditioning, but air conditioning is rare in London. There were fans, so that helped. The only "complaint" I have is the number of towels supplied: one hand towel and one bath towel. When I asked for another set, I was told there would be a charge of 20 pounds per set due to ecology issues. We just washed them when we required fresh towels and purchased another set from a local shop that we took home with us. The summer heat and one set of towels do not sit well with me, but that is a personal thing. Just know you get one set per person. If you require more, bring them along or pay the fee. The flat was lovely, and you can't beat the location.

Fantastic apartment in a nice part of London
We hadn't stayed in Greenwich before but really enjoyed it and this lovely apartment certainly added a lot to our trip. Michel, the owner, was very easy to communicate with and finding and getting into the apartment was really easy. The apartment is within very short walking distance of Cutty Sark tube station which makes it very easy to travel around the rest of London as well. We visited in July and London was hot (about 29 degrees on a couple of the days) but the apartment was a reasonable temperature with some good fans included to cool us down. The blinds kept the worst of the sun out so it didn't get uncomfortably hot during the day. The kitchen was well stocked which was a refreshing change from the usual sparse city centre apartments which don't have anything to use or cook with. This place has good pots, pans and utensils and the cutlery and crockery were plentiful and nice to use. There are extras like salt, pepper, sugar, tea, coffee etc, which saves you from having to buy lots of things you will end up wasting or throwing away! There were also plenty of toilet rolls in the bathrooms which is such a simple thing to do but so appreciated - again, so many places just give you the bare minimum whereas Michel and Trevor seem to have really thought about what a visitor would need during their stay. There are a small Tesco and an M&S Simply Food within walking distance which makes it easy to buy anything else you might need. The beds were very comfy (although quite low down!), the bathrooms were clean and the living/dining area had plenty of seating and places to relax. The one small point to note is that the apartment sits over a gym which begins its classes at about 6.30am with VERY loud music. You can shut the windows to try and block it out but, as we were there during the heat of the summer, it then gets uncomfortably stuffy in the bedrooms if you're trying to get back off to sleep. I'd suggest taking some earplugs in anticipation! Greenwich is a lovely part of the city and there are loads of nice restaurants within walking distance. The park, the museums, the Cutty Sark and the River Boat are all a couple of minutes away too. Overall, we absolutely loved the apartment and we'd definitely stay here again. It felt warm and welcoming and a great choice to stay if you're visiting this part of London.

Excellent unit
We travel regularly and Michel's Greenwich unit is one of the best we have stayed in. Extremely well appointed kitchen, very comfortable (beds and lounge), fast internet, extensive TV, very clean, very quiet, very secure and great location. Very close to shops and the sights of Greenwich. On arrival, Michel also had a carton of milk in the fridge, some tea and coffee, all of which were greatly appreciated. Super place. Michel was also excellent in terms of responding to questions. Easy to recommend.

Lovely charming place
Steps from the train in a part of London I hadn’t been to much. Greenwich is fun to explore and the Cutty Sark DLR as well as the regional train from Greenwich Station are nearby for quick connections.

Wonderful hospitality
The apartment was very comfortable with everything you could need for a stay of se real days. Located right across the street from the DLR made it easy to travel outside Greenwich. It was off the Main Street and quiet and secure. The host was very accommodating and responsive to our needs and any questions we had. We would readily stay here again.
