Really unclear instructions on how to enter the property. I would expect that the lock code and access instructions to be clear in the confirmation email, not written at the very bottom of the email. I arrived late at the property and could not access it.
Whilst the information on access is available, it is not clear and needlessly complicated. Why not include them in the confirmation email and make it easy for the customer, rather than the onus be on the customer to contact the property for the entrance code.
