Great stay for my night out. Some wear and tear on doors etc, lock on shared bathroom came off and bedroom door was difficult to open and needed a firm push, but overall was comfortable and clean.

For a London hotel, this was a bargain. Okay, so it's not a palatial 5-star posh palace, but it was comfortable for one night. And right next to Hackney Central station. The neighborhood is what it is. Many will like it's edgy feel, but I'm not keen.

Enjoyed the property. Thin walls, could hear my neighbours, roku remote didnt work had to DL app which is ok probably just my unit. They didnt have fitted sheets for the bed.. thought that was weird just a flat sheet over the mattress. Otherwise good location, good shops near.

This is not a hotel, i'ts a student dorm at best. The rooms are the size of a closet, the beds are not for tall people. The property is on the train tracks and therefore noisy at all times. There was mold in the shower and absolutely no room to open a suitcase. If the description of the so called hotel was accurate we would have stayed somewhere else.

I booked kip because of the location and the price and i wasnt expecting anything amazing considering the cost. So the flimsy bedding and pillow and tiny space with no window didnt upset me. When I arrived I was confused why so many left their doors open until i was in my room for an hour. Im from Florida and keep my home temp at 75 degrees and this room got so unbearbly hot and stuffy I couldnt stand it.the fact that these rooms have such little airflow is honestly worrisome and should be a safety hazard. The shower didnt have soap dispensors filled and the water burnt me because the water flashes hot to cold while your showering. Im talking steaming burning hot. When I contacted Kip they told me i could get a fan from the front desk (which did nothing) and didnt even acknowledge the shower. My last straw was when i walked back into my room and my room had been cleaned. When i checked in i was told my room would only be cleaned if i put the notice on my door to do so. My room was a mess from getting ready and i had left my undewear and jewelry out so i didnt want my room serviced. So when i came back and found my private belongings moved about i found it violating. So i packed my things and checked out early. When checking out i informed reception of what happened and the only thing they said was " thats odd because usually we get complaints that they dont clean the rooms that put their notice up" which i was just speechless. I asked if i needed to sign anything to check ..
