Okay Property w/ a Comfy Bed
The host did not send us check-in instructions prior to our arrival. We had to call and text him several times and eventually had to get VRBO customer service involved. We finally received instructions almost 2 hours after the check-in time. The property itself is okay. Overall it's clean but there are several water stains on the ceiling, dirty walls, and doors. The bed was incredibly comfortable though and it's close to several good restaurants and fun pubs.

Not Exactly "Luxury"
The apartment itself was O.K., but the entrance hall was full of rubbish and the light in the lower hall didn't wark making entry in the dark very difficult. The microwave in the kitchen was broken and there was ONE fork inn the cutlery draw - it's hard to feed four people with one fork! The bathtub was old, chipped and looked dirty.

What we needed!
We had a good stay of 3 nights at this property. Luxury flat might be overstating it a bit but it was clean, recently painted and carpeted, the beds were good and it was close to transport links for both the tube into London and Heathrow.
