- Linen Sets: the cleaning company prepares linen according to two persons per bed. If you need to sleep separately to use sofa bed, the cleaning company charges a one-off (per whole reservation) £30 per linen set.
- Guest Number: the apartment is prepared according to the number of guest on the reservation, please ensure you enter the correct guest number.
- Cancellation policy: We are open to an exceptional cancellation option, including refunds or vouchers in case of an emergency or last-minute change of plans. Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis to find a solution that benefits both parties.
- Damage Deposit: A damage deposit may be required for certain bookings. It will be fully reimbursed upon check-out, subject to a property inspection.
- ID request: photo ID could be required before arrival to prevent fraud. Since the apartment has self-check-in, this helps ensure the safety of all guests in the building.
- Kindly remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to address them promptly, but note that no one lives on-site 24/7.
- Parties are strictly prohibited. If you host a party, you will be asked to leave immediately and reported to the platform. The entire building is a Smoke-free area. A cleaning fee of £300 will be charged if smoking is detected.
