Great hotel in the middle of London! A lot of shops and restaurants in walking distance. The rooms were spacious and the beds were really good. The airconditioning wasn't cooling great in the beginning, but after maintenence checked it it worked really well. We also loved the breakfast!

Fabulous hotel and staff. From the Prosecco on arrival to the free sweets, popcorn and Polaroids all the little touches made it a great stay. Location is great, will definitely stay here again. The AM staff were just fantastic. Very accommodating. SPA was awesome and top notch. The food was the BEST. Looked liked a catered wedding breakfast. Only thing I would suggest is to have better lighting and directions. It was not easy to get to rooms no signaged instructions

It was a fantastic central point for kings x, Covent Garden, Oxford street and the central line. Lovely friendly staff in all areas of the hotel. Great cocktails, food, ambiance and friendly feel in the midtown bar. We loved the pool, sauna and steam room. Great views from the glass house bar and friendly welcoming feel. Large room, comfortable beds and good facilities but the bathroom was a bit small for 4 girls to get ready… Loads of instragrammable areas to photograph and enjoy with neon bright decor and art work. Fun, funky and a wonderful venue to celebrate a birthday.

The modern artistic design might not appeal to everyone but the room had high ceilings , comfortable bed and a stylish bathroom . Two blocks from The Holborn station and four from the British museum and coffee shops , souvenir stores and restaurants very close by .
