Everything was perfect. Clean and nicely decorated hotel with good quality amenities, toiletries and in room facilities. Food was lovely and there was a good pool and gym. They put some nice treats in the room for my birthday. The service was outstanding and made the stay special.

Impeccable facilities and service. Area was 2 or 3 miles from the central part of town, but the Underground station is right there. I prefer that it wasn't as crowded as the real center of town. I would definetely sta there again!

Staff were nice. View was mid, river seem kinda dirty. Abit out of the way from major attractions but wasn’t super far. I might have left my brushes behind as I was rushing and called front desk after I checked up, to my surprise they weren’t able to find my reservation. ( I only checked out few hrs ago) and was hoping to confirm I really left it behind, front desk asked for an email but never gotten back to me so that was a bummer. Regardless the room was very clean.

Not a full hotel, it’s more like a high hotel for executives and company. Grand Hyatt would had been enough name. Park Hyatt not what I expected from.

It is a very fancy hotel with Thames River

Very kind staffs with luxurious hotel. The cost is little bit expensive but acceptable. There was an issue about refund of deposit. However, it was solved clearly.

Our suite was spectacular! Floor to ceiling windows that afforded fantastic views of the Thames and the London skyline, including the London Eye! The decor and finishings were top notch. Area around the property has construction (there is generally a ton of roadwork in London, and the area is still being developed in places), hence the 4 stars on that aspect. The entire staff was amazing, from housekeeping, to the doormen, to room service, to concierge services, to the front desk, the management, and the folks at Nine Elms Kitchen. They were kind, professional, courteous, and helpful. If we’re ever back in London, we will definitely stay there again.
