The space
Welcome to my home and welcome to this amazing city!
This is a beautiful one bedroom apartment in the heart of Waterloo. The flat has a bright open plan living, dining and kitchen area which is perfect if you plan to cook and like having company!
There is a comfy sofa in the living area and an additional high chairs by the breakfast bar.
The living area is also home to the dining area, which is the perfect spot to enjoy some local delicacies.
Top tip, try out Lower Marsh market nearby - you will be sure to take home some edible goodies from here! Alternatively Elephant&Castle, Kennington and Southwark are just a few minutes walk away and it has a daily market which is fun to explore.
The kitchen will have everything you need in it such as all the basic condiments, and as an added extra we make sure that there is also always plenty of tea, coffee and sugar so that you can make yourself a traditional British cuppa in the morning! There are also all the mod-cons such as toaster and kettle etc that you might expect. We really want to ensure that you have a comfortable stay here in London!
There is one very comfortable double-sized bed. The bedroom is spacious with stylish homely touches.
There is also plenty of storage space for guests to store all their belongings. Finally, the bathroom will always come stocked with plenty of white fluffy towels and all the essential toiletries such as shampoo, shower gel and hand soap that you need to ensure that you have a comfortable stay in London. Also included are a washing machine, iron and ironing board, so that you can look fresh for exploring the city or for any business meetings!
Our property is cleaned before your arrival and is fitted with hotel quality linens and towels to provide the most comfortable experience possible.
Guest access
Guests will have access for themselves. However, the owner has a few belongings at the property that have been put away.

DURING YOUR STAY:
-This is your home in London, please care for it as such
- Any prohibited materials, fuels and flammable liquids are not allowed
- Smoking is strictly prohibited and an extra £150 fee will apply should any rules be broken. No illegal substances are allowed on the premises.
- No pets allowed with consulting with us first
- No unregistered guests allowed
- Our lovely neighbours have families and need to protect them so if there is any excessive noise or music at antisocial hours, we will be notified and so will the local council. Please be sure to respect this wonderful community of neighbours.
- Keep the noise down, especially after 10pm.
- Please make sure to lock the door and all the windows when leaving the property
- Please respect check-in and check-out times. Standard check-in time is 3pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11am.
- The full address will be provided prior to your check-in, together with the access details.
- A £100 will be applied for late checkout.
- Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a replacement fee. A fee of £60 will be charged for call out if you forget the keys inside the flat. The full cost of lock replacement will be charged for any lost keys - therefore please be careful with them.
- Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit.
- Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
- Please do your dishes, strip the beds and take the trash out before you leave
- Please adjust the thermostat to 12 degrees when leaving to save energy.
- Please use indoor shoes/slippers, if possible
- If anything breaks please do let us know so that this can be replaced.
