The Neighborhood:
Home – erton is where the heart is! That’s certainly how the locals see it anyway. A bit of an undiscovered gem, this little pocket of Hackney is a thriving hub of culture and creativity. Homerton is famed for its University Hospital and associated institutions but it also has strong links to the music industry including Toe Rag Studios, where notably the White Stripes' acclaimed 2003 album Elephant was produced and more recently the arrival of Sound Savers and Gun Factory studios. With a bustling and growing high street of independent shops centred around the uber cool Chatsworth Road area, the community has steadily grown in recent years.

Getting Around:
Homerton Rail station is nicely situated in the central part of the area. The only train station here is an overground station, however, it can connect you to areas like Clapham Junction and Richmond  in 50 minutes, as well as Stratford in 5 minutes.
