Situated near Westbourne Grove, the property is a wonderful newly refurbished studio flat in the heart of Notting Hill.

The flat is just a few yards from lots of great local restaurants shops and supermarkets whilst positioned in a quiet road.

Getting around London from here is easy. It’s a 10 minute walk to 3 tube stations and many buses stop nearby.

It’s only a brisk 10 minute stroll to Hyde Park

Perfect for up to 4 people, it is well designed to make the most of the space with a king sized double bed and a very comfortable, easy to operate king sized double sofa bed.

It has a fully equipped Kitchen with granite work tops and a breakfast bar.

The kitchen is fitted with modern high end appliances including a dishwasher, extractor, washing machine, microwave, grill/oven and an induction hob. It includes all you need, with high end cutlery, crockery and glassware.

The coffee table converts into a dining table with space for 4 people.

Bathroom includes a full sized bath and seperate shower unit.

Freshly laundered high quality towels and linen are provided.

There is a 46 inch flat screen JVC TV with a moveable bracket, and Chromecast facilities.

High speed wireless broadband is provided, and a Sony radio/music player is available.

Underfloor heating provided throughout.

We are flexible on check in and out times, and where possible can arrange early or late arrivals and departures.

Cute Little Gem
If you would like to feel what it would be like to live in Notting Hill then this is the place for you. It is a cute basement apartment on a side street just off the hustle and bustle. Close to cafes and restaurants, as well as the tube. Heck, if the weather is ok, its walkable (1-2 miles) to almost everything. Host was great, would definitely recommend.

Great Accommodation for our Short Stay
This property is exactly as advertised. Clean and efficient studio for a two person short stay. Stairs down to the basement flat are a bit daunting, but we managed even with large suitcases. This flat is not the lap of luxury, but we didn’t expect that, and it suited us perfectly.

Bayswater
David was an excellent host. Commutation with him was top-notch. Really nice flat. Very open layout. The heated floors were fantastic. Great neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and shops for whatever you needed. Very safe as well if you just wanted to stroll around. Tube was only 5 minutes away. There were always buses and taxis all around if you wanted to take them.

I stayed here with my husband and one year old. David was very communicative and helpful. He allowed us to check in early and provided a pack n play crib for our child. The apartment is in a great location, grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, public transit are all within walking distance. We enjoyed our time here.

Lovely flat
We were very comfortable here. The bed was not a king size via U.S. standards, but very comfortable. No problem sleeping. The location was perfect for our needs. Close to tube stations, grocers, and resturants. Would stay here again.

A perfect spot in London
This basement flat provided the perfect base for a few days in London. The location was perfect with many sights, shops, pubs and restaurants within walking distance and a tube station (Bayswater) nearby for those destinations that were a little further. The flat was much bigger than I expected with plenty of space for two of us. It was spotless and had all the amenities we needed, including fast WiFi. David was an excellent host. He communicated clearly and quickly and was always informative and friendly. I would highly recommend this as a place to stay in London.

A rocky start
There was a miscommunication at the start. We arrived and the flat had not been cleaned. Fan was broken, Fridge did not work and shower flooded. When cleaner arrived she was empathic and did a great and efficient job in getting the apartment ready. We bought new fan which host refunded us for, and during our stay the fridge did not work and we continued to buy ice twice a day to keep food cold. Definitely need fan in summer for this apartment to feel pleasant as it is in a basement

Great London Flat
This studio apartment worked perfectly for us. It is in a lovely neighborhood with shops and restaurants nearby. It is a little tricky getting large bags up and down the stairs but definitely doable. We were here for 5 nights and had plenty of space to unpack and was able to do laundry before moving on to Paris. The shower is somewhat small but it was nice to have a stand up shower to use. The studio was well equipped and the owner very easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing stay at this property. It's location is fantastic, it is spotlessly clean and very warm. The property has been fantastically well designed and every inch of space used so well. Notting Hill is a great place to stay and this property is in a very nice part, close to lovely restaurants and a number of tube stations. Would highly recommend.

Great Flat
Pictures and reviews are accurate ,great locations to restaurants and tube . Spacious flat with stocked kitchen , big screen tv and comfy couch . Murphy bed was hard and could use some new pillows for guest and the shower was typical european size 2ft x 2ft , their was foot noise from upper flat but the positives out way the negatives here and a place with a kitchen centrally located was a big , big plus and deserves 4 out of 5 stars and Dave is there to help if needed . Would recommend !!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in David’s rental apartment. He was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Very timely with email responses, too. The apartment was even better, in person, than what we’d expected from the description. Honestly, the only “tricky” thing is managing the narrow stairs outside, and that just takes paying attention when you’re going up or down. The apartment was centrally located to shops, restaurants and grocery stores(Waitrose, Tesco Express), including a health food store(Planet Organic). It’s also in easy walking distance of the Bayswater and Queensway tube stations, and Hyde Park. We would definitely like to stay here again!

Modern flat close to great ethnic restaurants
We had some difficulty finding the lockbox with the keys and once found, we tried for quite some time to unlock the door before we realized that there were 2 locks, one of which was low on the door and covered. The place was comfortable for two people and beautifully renovated. We loved the many ethnically diverse restaurants in the neighborhood. Unfortunately, the outside of the building was covered with scaffolding to renovate the building's façade. That partially blocked an already very narrow stairway and made it even narrower. I would not have rented the place, had I known about it. Easy access to the tube.

Property as described/pictured. Very clean! It is a tight stairway to door. Nice quiet street. Can hear footsteps upstairs but nothing excessive during our stay. Lots of stocked extras - from other travellers possibly. Close to tube, restaurants and grocery store. Really appreciated the attention to cleanliness...have had other less than desirable vrbos on our trip. This was our best stay! Thank you!
