Excellent excellant property. Stayed for 5 nights and honestly zero complaints. Staff is amazing, the room itself is newly renovated looks like, modern finished, has AC most importantly!! Lots of food options and super close to two underground stations, one connects directly to central line. What more can you ask for in central London. Definitely recommend
As a regular business traveler, I had a last minute overnight stay in London due to my work. I booked this hotel last minute and with my regular London hotels being booked up. I was apprehensive at first with not staying here before but I was really surprised and impressed with the warm welcome and attentive staff upon my arrival. As I was there on business and booked through my company booking account, I really appreciated being upgraded to there executive room. The room was spectacular and immaculately clean and what I would expect at my regular hotels. Even though it was a quick overnight trip, I will most definitely be staying here again and will be sure to recommend to others given the quality of the service and the outstanding room.
Staff was super helpful. Our run was clean and comfortable and we loved the air conditioning!
Note that you need to use narrow stairways to carry your luggage.
The front desk receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was as described. I would stay again

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
There’s no elevator and all the rooms are on different levels so be prepared to climb at least 3 flights of stairs. The doors are so heavy that unless you have a lot of arm strength it would be difficult to open them
The staff was cordial. Property was quiet and charming. Bathrooms have no towel hooks or racks. In addition, there is very little shelf space for toiletries with a pedestal sink. Location is convenient for tube, shopping and restaurants.
Super tiny room but the hotel desperately needs to solve not having an elevator (maybe hire a bell boy?). The carpet outside of rooms is filthy. Same for the doors. Shower door didn't close so the water would leak outside into the tiny bathroom. Curtains were also super dirty. Room was fine for 2 days but that was it. Good location by Hyde Park with one sto away from Paddington.
Room on the small side for a double but perfectly adequate for me. Bed comfortable - bathroom looked recently fitted. Plenty of sockets and USB points near the pillow end of the bed — THANK YOU! That is too often not the case. Check-out at midday - again, THANK YOU. Just the right time
