It’s always pleasant to stay in this hotel. Staffs are friendly and accommodating especially Ms Tina. I always stay in this hotel whenever I am back in London. It got everything I need , lots of dining options within walking distance and it’s so close to tube station.

Property has great staff, hotel Is in good shape. Room was smaller than I anticipated but we were happy with our five night stay. The cocktail hour at 6pm every night was a treat and opportunity to meet/chat with others.

I really liked the smallness of the hotel--the fact that it wasn't a huge chain. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the immediate area and provided good suggestions both walkable and via the tube to food and entertainment options. Though my room was by the elevator, it was very quiet. The hotel room was small but it had everything I needed and then some. Loved the heated towel bar and the little kitchenette and the touch of a bottle of wine on arrival was sweet. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
