Not a good choice for me and my family. We did not even stay the night. The room and hallway smelled, the ac did not work and the toilet was clogged. Amenities? None.

I don’t usually stay this central when in Iondon but had an event nearby. Really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The staff were wonderful and have a great welcome and I was very comfortable in the room and hotel overall. Will stay again soon for sure.

The hotel is in a convenient location with easy access to the tube as well as shops, restaurants and conveniences. The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. The AC was not working in the rooms and so it was very warm at night. The breakfast is also overpriced so we opted to grab coffee and croissants across the street. Definitely recommend though.
