The receptionist is rude obnoxious and scary. She is not keen to listen and no costumer service at all. i do not recommend to stay in this ghastly place .
It's pretty hidden on the main road so it might take a few goes to get there. 15 minutes walk from Walthamstow Central and 10 minutes walk from Blackhorse Road so ignore google maps and walk from Blackhorse.
Looks like an ordinary house outside but it's much better inside. My room was beautiful for the price I paid and the bed was the comfiest I've stayed in for a while.
The woman who runs the place is lovely and really welcoming. I liked her
