The cleanliness in the lobby and the front desk does give a bad 1st impression, water was spilled there when I first arrived but my room was pretty clean and decent. "12 of us stayed at home as our daughter was getting married at Pioneer Village. Location was perfect to get back and forth for venue and hotel where other guests were staying. Lots of room, beautiful property. Kids had so much fun in pool. First time I have been at a VRBO where the place was nicer than presented online. Beautiful deck off the kitchen overlooking pool was amazing. Host was exceptional. Lots of room for everyone. Highly recommend. "
