"Couple stay. The room was spacious and comfortable however there didn’t seem to be any way to regulate room temperature.bathroom tired and could do with updating. Lovely river view. Really convenient location within easy walk of all the City’s attractions. Recommend walking the walls, tower museum, the pubs and coffee shops on Waterloo st. Decent breakfast, usual fare. Be aware the nearby Exchange restaurant and wine bar only serves drinks if you are eating there - we called in for a cocktail...

"2 adults 3 children stayed for one night for the Halloween celebrations in Derry. Location was excellent, 10min drive from the hustle and bustle of the busy city centre. Upon arrival (we arrived early) our room wasnt ready but we were allowed to use the pool and facilities which was brilliant for the kids. Swim done, our room was ready and we were allowed to check-in 2 hours early. Superb. Staff were friendly throughout the hotel and more than helpful. We dined in the hotel that evening, food...
