I HAD BOOKED THREE ROOMS FOR ME AND MY FAMILY. HOWEVER, THEY WOULDN'T BE ABLE TO ARRANGE ROOMS TOGETHER. THIS HOTEL HAS EAST WING AND WEST WING AND THE WINGS ARE NOT CONNECTED ON SOME FLOORS. THIS IS A BIT TROUBLESOME SINCE WE HAVE KIDS. THE CHINESE RESTAURANT WAS VERY SLOW SERVING FOOD. THE BEACH WAS NOT SETUP AS THE PICTURE SHOWN. NO BEACH UMBRELLA AND CHAIR AND LIFE GUARD....

"The room I picked with the picture of the toilet next to the sink turned out to be a dated room with a pretty hard bed and a bit musty smell. The folks thought I would be happier with one of their updated rooms (the one with the room that shows a toilet with a phone next to it and a glass door). ..."
