"The hotel was such good value. 24hr reception was great as we had been delayed so didn't arrive until 1am. The breakfast offering is huge, there's something for everyone. The rooms are a little tired, but the beds are incredibly comfortable. There are no kettles in the room but there's a coffee machine in the foyer (charged), and you can purchase cup noodles from reception and they will provide hot water."

"The property itself is beautiful and in a great location, but there were some significant downsides to my stay. First, the room was a disappointment. It looked nothing like the photos advertised, it was very basic and lacked the charm or luxury I was expecting based on the images. "I like this hotel, the rooms are modern clean and comfortable with good facilities. The restaurant serves good quality food. Breakfast is more than ample with a huge selection to cater for everyone. Staff are friendly and helpful. Perfectly situated for transport and shopping, restaurants etc. I will stay here again for sure."

"Spacious room and the bed was so comfortable! We were in a very hot room but the staff was able to provide us with a fan, which helped somewhat. My only complaint about this place is that they have a pretty severe fly problem. There were flies everywhere! They offered to spray our room, but the thought of insecticide nixed that idea. Instead, we bought a newspaper and swatted them. We killed 18 flies in our room and there were still at least 10 in there that we counted when we left. There were flies in the lobby, and flies in the dining room, landing on the food. Really icky. The place was clean except for the flies. "
