The space

Welcome to the lakefront house! This will be the beginning of your relaxing vacation and beautiful memories. You will love this house from the first minute when you walk in and enjoy a great time with family and friends.

The layout of the house:

Main Level:

Open concept kitchen, dining room, living room, and three bedrooms. The living room features a propane fireplace, large Samsung UHD TV with Xbox, and 250 channels HD cable. The black leather sofa set in the living room is so comfortable and believe me when you sit in it, you will love it. The dining table has eight chairs and one high chair. The sliding door in the dining room leads to the outdoor dining set on the deck where you can enjoy the beautiful lake view as you enjoy your delicious food or chat with family and friends.

The master room on this level has two queen beds with a private full bathroom. The Jacuzzi in the bathroom is so great for relaxing. You can also enjoy the serene lake through the window in the master room. The other bedroom has one super comfortable king bed. There is also a bedroom on this level with one super comfortable king bed and a twin over full bunk bed. The shared full bath is just in the hallway with sensory light.

Ground Level:

The red leather sofa set with a queen-size sofa bed is the first thing you will see in the spacious family room. You can also play Billiards with your family and friends here. If you want to enjoy the beautiful lake, you can walk through the sliding door and have fun outside.

There are two bedrooms on this level. One of the bedrooms has one king bed with a super comfortable mattress. The other one called a bunk bedroom has one twin over a twin bunk bed and one twin over a full bunk bed. There is a full bathroom in the hallway on this level.

All the mattresses in the house are super comfortable and help you relax from the moment you lay on the bed.

Backyard:

All year round is BBQ season and we know that everyone loves to grill. The multi-burner BBQ grill is placed in the backyard of the house. When you grill your delicious food, you can also enjoy the beautiful lake and the amazing sandy beach. Right next to the grill is the picnic table. After fishing, boating, and other outdoor activities, you must be tired by the end of the day. The hot tub is absolutely the number one choice to rejuvenate yourself and is open all year round. I know people love to bring their well-trained pets with them when they travel. So well-trained pets are welcome; it is $75.00 per pet per stay. The fire pit is absolutely another great spot for family and friends to chat and enjoy the beautiful serene lake!

Ensure Listing Deliverables
The property was absolutely beautiful on the lake. Unfortunately many items shown on the listing were not present as mentioned in the booking. The pedal boat (which was a key reason for choosing this home) was broken as well as the row boat. The 2 kayaks present had one set of oars broken. Luckily for the Weis store, we bought some water tubes. The table on the patio was missing an umbrella and we had to notify the owner since you could not sit due to the strong sun. He responded and provided an umbrella noting past renters broke the previous one. Many plates were cracked and we had to buy paper plates. Lastly it was surprising to find no cleaning products. There was Dawn that had to be used to clean in the house , eg, bathroom sinks. Dollar store cleaners could suffice.. More attention should be spent to items available since a lot of money was spent for the rental and we waited for this summer trip. Notifications should be sent to renters of all broken/not available items that were promised and paid for.

Beautiful home and property for my family of six and two dogs. Entire home is very clean with a large Kitchen, comfortable beds and pool table. My son made good use of the kayak in Mountain Top Lake. Highly recommended.

Excellent Amenities and Location
We were looking for a "pet friendly" property for the NASCAR race weekend and found this gem. It was just my wife and me as well as our dogs, but we enjoyed our stay. The host was extremely responsive before, during, and after our stay. I can see this being a great property for those looking to bring a larger group, plenty of rooms, pool table, darts, games, etc. We were busy with the dogs and the race and didn't use the outside space. It looks like they are renovating (new deck and other work outside in progress), but no one was working while we were there. Loved our stay. Thanks Issac!

Great Experience
The house was perfect for our weekend getaway. It's in a great location, close to all local attractions. The house is beautiful and was very clean. We loved the jacuzzi and the fire pit. We enjoyed every moment. I highly recommend this house for anyone looking to spend a weekend in the Poconos.

Property had plenty of space, both for sleeping and hanging out, for a group of ten older adults. Beautiful lake view. Beds were very comfortable; bedrooms have closets but no dressers or shelf space to put clothes. Isaac was very responsive to all communications, accommodated our requests, and made the process easy. Certain items (which were addressed with Isaac) need to be repaired/replaced. Would stay here again, thanks Isaac!

This property exceeded our expectations! Beautiful and very clean! The kitchen was nice and open with lots of room for family dinners. The game room was great for entertaining. What a view off of the deck and the beach was nice too. The hot tub was a must after a long day of adventures in the Poconos!

The property had plenty of space for our large group. There were lots areas for different activities throughout the house. The house had everything we needed including a well stock kitchen. The WiFi was a little spotty when we first arrived but we were able to reset.

This house was perfect for a larger group, and we had so much fun. Lots of fun things to do during the day, and plenty of space to sleep at night. Peace on the Pond
Our first family get-together in too long was a peaceful, joyful success. The lake, the boats, the dock, the deck and plenty of room in the home, a really great living, dining, kitchen space kept us all together while preparing dinner, coloring or putting together a puzzle, or going in the water. Phenomenal Lakehouse!
The perfect lakehouse for our last minute spring break getaway! The house was super clean, had plenty of sleeping space and awesome amenities - we especially loved the paddle boat! Luckily the lake was already melted this time of year - my husband was able to catch pickerel, large mouth bass & blue gills! Owner Isaac was extremely prompt with replies to questions at all hours of the day, and was kind enough to let us check out a little later. Absolutely recommend this place again & again!

Excellent Communication and Responses Made a Great Stay Outstanding!
The house was really clean and was perfect for our long weekend away. Exactly as advertised in the listing. Isaac is really outstanding with his responses and really goes above and beyond. I let him know that there were a couple issues with the grill when I first used it. I was able to still cook with it so I just wanted to let him know so he could take care of it at some point. But he actually replaced the grill with a brand new one during our stay! Totally unexpected and really blew all of us away. A great experience all around!

Amazing Family Bonding
Perfect place to unwind!!! Everybody had a great time. From kayaking, paddle boating and canoeing. Plus the bonfire at night, making s'mores and enjoying the hot tub. We will definitely go back!!! Just take note of garbage days. We had to pay extra to throw our trash because the dumpster was closed. Nonetheless, we enjoyed every minute of our stay.

Well located in the area and plenty of space to spread out. More that convenient. Love the privacy. The place needs some TLC, since it looks like some prior guests were not so nice, but we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.
