"The cottage is in a quiet area but is close to beaches as well as shops and eateries. It is extremely comfortable & well cared for and very clean throughout. The kitchen is well stocked. Our dog was well catered for, with treats on arrival & dog throws on the settees and both the front and back gardens are enclosed and secure. The back garden is a sun trap and a lovely place to sit in. "

"Absolutely fabulous. Wouldn't hesitate to re-book - possibly in autumn/winter to take advantage of the RSPB locations nearby. Lovely hosts, Colin and Gina Ash, fabulous, comfortable and spotlessly clean cottage and, oh, so quiet. Set in beautiful gardens with a duck pond to the rear of the decked areas to the cottages (all private). Could have sat out for hours just enjoying the peace and location. Wonderful full size snooker table (have so much to learn!), darts board and books. Can't wait to...

"We were very impressed with the property and the hosts. They had thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. It was nice seeing the animals too. I highly recommend this place to everyone. The ground floor amenities were very helpful as my husband struggles with mobility so having the shower and 2nd bedroom on one level helped. "Although seemed smaller than photos suggested, we fell in love with this lovely property. Fabulous location and every aspect of booking and stay was straightforward. Plenty of time and energy to focus on the holiday. "
