The rooms are very basic and it’s much cheaper to book it the same day rather than a few days in advance as they have plenty of availability This hotel is used mostly as a dorm room for students at Tampa university and small part of it is a hotel So get ready for the noise level of the dorms The beds are very comfortable and the sheets are clean

We didn’t realize that we had a room with a window view of the lobby below so there was minimal outdoor lighting. We couldn’t see enough to iron the wrinkles out of our clothing. Carpet was peeling up, dust on vents, boil notice (get not their fault), just minor things that added up. Check in was easy, the staff was kind and parking access was convenient. I don’t think we’d stay here again but it’s not the worst choice either.

Staff was very kind and accommodating with one sad exception when I was talked to by a front desk agent without finishing eating and truly not willing to assist. A first-time experience and honestly taken back by it. Full mouth, chewing and even taking another bite while answering my inquiry in a rather limited way. Just sad, as all other staff members have been super nice and eager to please. Otherwise, a nice hotel and much better than I had expected and I enjoyed my stay.
