Discover the charm of our Cape Cod-style cottage, featuring a king-sized bed in the bedroom and a queen pullout sofa in the living room. The shared hallway bathroom ensures convenience, and the galley kitchen with full-sized appliances is perfect for all your culinary needs. Relax on the porch with your favorite drink, soaking in the salty sea air. Please note, that this unit does not have a gulf view but is located on the gulf side of the property and accommodates up to 4 guests.

A refundable $250 security hold will be taken at the time of check-in, and steps are required to access the cottage, adding a unique touch to your Cape Cod-style retreat.

100% refund if the reservation is canceled at least 60 days before the arrival date, minus the $95 cancellation fee.
50% refund if the reservation is canceled at least 30 days before the arrival date.
All canceled reservations are charged at minimum the $95 cancellation fee.
