I cannot praise the staff enough for the way they treated us. The service was excellent and very friendly. The food was great and very reasonably priced. Great to be able to eat have a drink and not need to drive. I would not hesitate to return. Many thanks to all of the team.

There was no food available in the evening and none at breakfast either. The chefs were ill but no option was provided not even a sandwich! We had to travel out to find an alternative venue for food.

Room was good except for a faulty shower head which meant most of the water dribbled out of the side. The lack of anybody around was perculiar though. Despite my checkin saying 11am I was greeted by a chef stood outside who looked confused as to why I was there and told me they weren't open for another hour before eventually someone appeared to let me in. There was a sign in the room with breakfast hours but when i got downstairs (within said hours) the whole premises was empty with not a soul around. After calling and just hearing the phone ring internally, I had to leave the keys by the bar as there was nobody to hand them to!

There was an electric socket with wires taped over and a do not use sign. It was difficult to adjust temperatue on shower so it was either freezing cold or scolding hot. Beds were very low , more like camper beds. It was not value for money at £85 without breakfast.

Very convenient for visiting Brands Hatch. Good parking at the property. Nice room with on suite. TV and kettle. Side entrance so don't have to walk through the pub to get to room is convenient. Nicely kept with sitting area outside.

Broken kettle lid wouldnt shut. Says breakfast at 7 but no one about at 08.30 so I just left. TV not connected. When i booked i paid a deposit then started getting emas requesting paymnet in full threatening to cancel the reservation. Why take a deposit then demand paymnet in full? Got emails even aftet i paid

Hi my stay with u was nice. Lovely view of horses which helped. Quiet,Room was great but… The beds were way too soft good for kids. Then the shower, the water sprayed all round the bathroom as shower head didn’t fit n leaked haaa and when some one used the water else where there was no water-and went cold. Not hot enough either Sorry this was an issue but no one to ask to fix in the morning so hey ho plz sort for next guest plz Breakfast 😳 was good. Could have been a tad more and cereal may b on offer All round it has great potential best place for me to get to brands hatch. Not worth the £100 a night a few tweaks be great then Thank you Will definitely be coming back and hopefully little snags put right Good luck Sarah

Liegt zwar ländlich aber trotzdem gut mit dem Zug und Bus/Taxi ereichbar von London Heathrow. Von der Rennstrecke Brands Hatch gut zu Fuß ereichbar. ( Wenn man gerne zu Fuß läuft) Die Mitarbeiter von der Bar/Restaurant/Hotel waren zujeder Zeit sehr hilfsbereit und sehr nett zu uns. Haben uns über unsere Rückreise gute Information gegeben. Waren immer auf ein spaßige Worte zukommen. Wenig Tourimus ist eine Bar wo fast nur heimische Essen und Trinken gehen. Wir werden aufjedenfall wieder kommen
