This is the second time we've stayed in Argyle accommodation. Check in process is very streamlined, using password lock to enter (no need for keys).
We stayed in the king room. The room was tidy and spacious with a small dining table in the middle and an ensuite bathroom. The beds were very comfortable and we slept very well!
There is communial kitchen and dining area where cereal and bread is provided for breakfast. This provides a lot more flexibility for making food than staying in a hotel.
The accommodation is in a convenient location with lots of food options and just minutes away from Franklin Wharf and Salamanca Markets.
The only down side is there is no onsite parking. However there is plenty of street parking which are free between 630pm to 830am. There are also several paid carparks nearby.

We had a fantastic stay at Lythgo's Row Cottages! The cottages are quaint and cozy, immaculately clean and quiet. The goody basket upon arrival was much appreciated. I can't say enough good things about our stay! Thank you Lawrence and Susan.

We stayed in the Western Penthouse. This property is beautiful, large open plan living and kitchen/dining. The kitchen has everything you need to self-cater and the view out the bay and to Mt Wellington is stunning. Three double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and separate laundry make it feel like home away from home. Complimentary laundry powder, wash/shampoo/conditioner is supplied.
Nothing was a problem, fresh towels were supplied when requested.
Thank you for a lovely stay. We definitely recommend staying here.
The ferry to downtown Hobart is a short walk to the jetty and the shopping centre at Rosny Park is about a 15 minute walk away.
