"The place is truly a gem. It’s closer to the entrance of the RMNP, which we found to be convenient, and not in the hustle and bustle of the town. Location is busy during the day but gets quiet in the evenings, we could hear elk bugling in the mountains, which we enjoyed. Cozy cottage gives you a mountain feel. Would definitely recommend this place and will return! "

"Wonderful, private apartment. Very cute and outfitted with everything we needed. Even the refrigerator had various condiments, snacks and was even stocked with some basics. It felt like home. We will definitely stay again. Much better than any hotel."

"We enjoyed the convenience of this property. Once we were parked after our daily excursions, we could walk into downtown Boulder for dinner and entertainment. The parking spot is tight if you have a larger vehicle. Helpful tip: the thermostat in the bedroom only controls the heat. The unit in the living room provides the AC. The host helpfully offered ice packs and hiking poles after I sprained my wrist. :)"

"An easy place to find and get around to places to eat and things to do! The master bed was AMAZING we didn’t want to leave it! We got married so we brought our dogs and it was perfect! "Super great communication with owner and property manager. Very clean and comfortable. Everything in great working order with comfortable kitchen to prepare meals. Nice patio/porch to drink coffee or have a meal. I love old homes so this was a fun stay for me. Walking distance to ropes course for kiddo, shops, and restaurants."

"The online description was very accurate - as a note there were not as many plants as was shown in the photos, which we liked. Lots of street parking available. Everything was very clean and comfy. A great place to stay for a couple but for 4 adults it would be a little cramped. Overall the place does need some updating as the flooring/carpet is worn in spots. There is no microwave. There are air conditioning units that work very well, but they were not turned on when we arrived on a hot summer...

"The canyon river cabin was right on the road outside of Estes Park. It had cute rustic decorations, a full kitchen and a great porch to enjoy right by the river. Perfect for our evening after Rocky Mountain National Park."

"We,ve stayed here 3 times out of our 6 trips to Colorado. Easy check in. Staff are friendly, and work hard for the owner. Great group of workers. The cabin,s are surrounded by beauty, mountains, nature and peacefull as beautiful. The cabins are cute as anything, fully stocked and the beds are comfortable.each cabin has a deck.there,s gas stations, grocery store right there, so convenient. We give them a 5 star rating, because they deserve it."

"Charming 3 bedroom cottage. The bedrooms are all spaced out which is perfect for families with older children. Everything is on one level (no stairs) making it convenient for individuals with mobility issues. Living rooms is quite spacious and the furniture is comfortable. This cottage has no AC which is common in mountain communities but we were grateful that there were plenty of fans on property to help cool the house down. I was a little disappointed that you have to provide your own hand...

"For the cost, the cabin was horrible. Extremely small. The bathroom was smaller than an inside cabin bathroom on a cruise ship. No decor in cabin. No where to store clothes. No dresser and 3 hangers. No service for clean towels, more coffee etc. I would NEVER stay here again. There are so many places, choose somewhere else."
